Exchange Policy

We currently offer an exchange policy only (excludes swimwear). We do not offer refunds and can only exchange products subject to size availability so please choose carefully when placing an order. Once a member of our team has inspected the item, they will then decide whether the goods fit our terms to grant an exchange.

To return an item for an exchange, it must be shipped to us within 14 days of being received. When returning your package please ensure to include a tracking number. The items must be unused, unworn, fitted with the original tags and packaging and with no markings or any type of damage. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in otherwise exchanges cannot be enforced. Please contact us on contact@islagiovanna.com prior to sending your item back to us for an exchange so we can provide you with the correct return address. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their parcel is returned back to us using a tracked service.

Swimwear: for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear. You’ll be notified in your confirmation email when purchasing if an item is non-returnable.

On the rare occasion that you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence and a member of our team will be happy to assist you further. Refunds for faulty items would be done via store credit only, if they meet our terms and conditions.
